Employment Pathways
Creating Real Opportunity Through Practical Skills
Our Supported Employment Pathways bring together two hands-on training initiatives, NDIS Readiness and Food Industry Skills Training, empowering participants to build confidence, master a trade, and achieve work goals that reflect their personal aspirations.

NDIS Readiness
A supportive, step-by-step program for NDIS participants who want to explore or return to work.
Who We Support
This program is designed for participants who are curious about work but not sure where to start. Small group sessions, delivered by facilitators who understand disability and community context, build the everyday confidence and know-how that make the first step easier
Understanding workplace rights, expectations, and communication.
Using NDIS supports planning a personal pathway toward employment.
Practising interviews, workplace conversations, and self-advocacy.
One-on-one goal planning with a training coordinator.
Food Industry Skills Training
Hands-on culinary and hospitality training, built around our own food production and catering programs.

Designed For You
Delivered through Ability Beyond Boundaries' Food for Change program, this track brings people with disability and community members from refugee backgrounds together in the kitchen. Training moves from foundational food skills through to catering and market-stall operations, with space to share Persian culinary traditions along the way
